Three 90-minute 1:1 coaching sessions. The same high quality coaching I have offered for considerably more. The lower cost reflects the introduction of new behind the scenes tools to help me take the next step in developing my coaching.

One session per month (or to suit your rhythm). From experience I have found that working together monthly provides an optimum balance of maintaining momentum and accountability, while providing enough time between sessions for my clients to do the work and reflect.

Held via Zoom (or similar online platform). Convenient coaching wherever you can find a quiet and safe space.
