Drawing on psychology and 20 years inside complex systems, the work focuses on what is actually shaping your performance: How you think under pressure, the patterns that have served you and those that no longer do, and the gap between the leader you are and the one you intend to be.
For leaders of independent schools and complex organisations facing significant external change, this work is particularly well-suited to the moment.
